Inspection Maintenance and Repair Vessels

Our Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair (IMR) vessels are engineered to tackle the most demanding challenges in the offshore oil and gas industry.

Central to their capabilities is the active heave compensated subsea crane, boasting impressive lifting capacities from 60MT to 250MT. This advanced crane system ensures the precise and safe deployment of heavy equipment and components, even in the most challenging sea conditions, enhancing the vessel’s efficiency during high-stakes operations. Whether it’s lowering subsea structures to the ocean floor or recovering equipment for maintenance, the crane’s active heave compensation allows for smooth, controlled movement, reducing the risk of damage and ensuring operational integrity in dynamic offshore environments.

Our IMR vessels are also equipped with Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) services, providing high-resolution subsea inspections, surveys, and interventions at varying depths. These ROVs are outfitted with state-of-the-art sensors and cameras, offering real-time monitoring and data acquisition to ensure even the most intricate underwater structures and systems are effectively monitored, maintained, repaired, and installed. This capability significantly minimizes downtime and enhances operational safety, allowing for proactive maintenance and rapid response to subsea challenges. Working seamlessly alongside the onboard cranes, the ROVs provide a comprehensive suite of services to support a variety of complex offshore tasks, from pipe-laying and trenching to structure installation and repair.

The dynamic positioning systems integrated into our IMR vessels are designed for precise maneuvering and station-keeping, maintaining vessel stability during critical operations, regardless of sea conditions. This technology ensures that our vessels can operate efficiently and safely in proximity to offshore platforms, subsea structures, and other sensitive environments. Additionally, these vessels are equipped with multiple storage configurations and specialized handling systems, allowing for the efficient transport and deployment of various tools, supplies, and materials required for extensive offshore projects. This flexibility in storage design means our vessels can accommodate a diverse range of operational needs, from carrying large construction components to transporting specialized equipment and spare parts.
